04/30/13

up and moving with water
climbed around in my fabric closet. Don't know if that counts as exercise but I did feel the burn on my back and thighs.
starting another shake/cleanse cycle
breakfast was a shake with a water chaser
am snack is an apple
lunch is a leftover Quorn sloopy Joe and a small green salad with more water
pm snack is almonds with more water
dinner tonight will be a shake and more water
fighter practice tonight. I broke my gauntlet so will be working with my shield, unless I can borrow another gauntlet.
