04/29/13

up early,
laundry and water started my day
did 65 squats and ab work
Breakfast was a poached egg on english muffin
am snack was 30 goldfish (works out to about 70 calories and just enough crunchy to statisfy
water and mt dew
lunch was 1/2 cottage cheese with pineapple and more water
pm snack is orange
hope to get a walk in with my dog tonight
dinner tonight is mock sloppy joes and a glass of milk.
