Slept in a bit this morning
Breakfast was oatmeal and tea
did 55 squats and some ab work
am snack is almonds and water
lunch is tofu and noodles in peanut sauce and more water
pm snack will be apple
dinner tonight is a isagenix shake
More fighter practice tonight if the weather cooperates otherwise 45 minutes on bike.
(snow mixed up my plans. I went home and cooked zucchini gratin and chicken with lemon and garlic. Then played WoW all night. Did not get my exercise in)
