5:00 came and went but 5:30 showed up and up I got.
Water and 30 minutes on my bike huffing and puffing but 12 miles later a shower
breakfast was oatmeal and two cups of mint tea
am snack was orange
lunch was hot and sour soup
pm snack was almonds and a handful of chili cheese fritoes
dinner was a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup with a glass of milk.
