Up early! Yeah and no fooling!
Rode my bike for 18 minutes or 6.5 miles
did my arms, shoulders and back exercises
Breakfast was oatmeal and water
no am snack
Had egg salad with lettuce and tomato and a small handful of chili cheese fritoes and water
had mt dew
dinner tonight is salad with blue cheese, crasins and dressing on side. With more water
