04/22/13

Happy Earth day
My body protested as I woke this morning from all I did yesterday. But Up I forced myself and hopped on the bike for 6.5 miles
Breakfast was a poached egg on english muffin with pineapple juice
had water
am snack almonds
lunch was 1/2 cup cottage cheese and a green salad with no dressing
pm snack was an apple with more water
had mt dew
Dinner was black eyed peas, brown rice, corn with cheese and a glass of water
Jim and I spent the evening on the couch and split a carton of cherry vanilla ice cream.
