04/08/13

Up early and weights today. Worked upper body
breakfast was a poached egg on 1/2 english muffin and water
had an orange for a snack
more water. lots of hot water and cough drops
lunch was somehow missed as I knew I would be eating out for dinner
did have a mt dew
dinner was Qdoba three cheese nachoes and water
no afternoon snack or late night snack
