not quite up early
today was aerobic so with my big glass of hot water with lemon, I did some house cleaning and made sure that I went up and down my stairs 20 times. my thighs are a bit mad at me.
breakfast was oatmeal with a banana and tea
morning snack was almonds
lunch is a shake and water
afternoon snack is an apple and cup of tea
dinner tonight is risotto, steamed asparagus and baked sweet potato with water.
