Breakfast was a poached egg on english muffin
am snack was 30 goldfish (works out to about 70 calories and just enough crunchy to statisfy
water and mt dew
lunch was 1/2 cottage cheese with pineapple and more water
pm snack is orange
hope to get a walk in with my dog tonight
dinner tonight is mock sloppy joes and a glass of milk.

good weekend. Event on saturday kept me on my feet a lot but it was relaxed and fun.
Ate decently and had soda only on saturday. Part of what keeps me moving. I also had a cup of coffee on saturday.

Going over to a vegetarians friends house for dinner tonight, so looking forward to seeing what they will cook.

Eventually I was up to see the world buried in snow.
Did my spear work by shoveling snow and then did 50 squats today
I had oatmeal for breakfast and water
no am snack as I was getting tofu with garlic sauce with rice for lunch
had mt dew

dinner will be a shake as I am going to fight tonight.

Happy Earth day
My body protested as I woke this morning from all I did yesterday. But Up I forced myself and hopped on the bike for 6.5 miles

lunch was 1/2 cup cottage cheese and a green salad with no dressing

Jim and I spent the evening on the couch and split a carton of cherry vanilla ice cream.

Saturday was laid back in the am so I made breakfast for Jim and myself. We had an event later in the day and that was also fun and laid back. Spent most of it playing dice. Did not eat well that day but did not also eat a bunch of junk.
Sunday was a bit more high paced. Got all my household stuff done and then went to fighter practice in Unser Hafen. I made it a point to fight with 5 people. I was going for 6 when I realized I could not lift my arms.

More fighter practice tonight if the weather cooperates otherwise 45 minutes on bike.
(snow mixed up my plans. I went home and cooked zucchini gratin and chicken with lemon and garlic. Then played WoW all night. Did not get my exercise in)

did not get up early as I got home late last night after playing settlers of Catan and decided that I should shovel the walk for the milk man. Which lead to me shoveling the driveway and the sidewalk.
Breakfast this morning was ramen with green beans and milk
am snack, water and orange
lunch water and hot and sour soup
had a medicine ball here at work and did a bunch of squats. I say a bunch as I lost count a couple times so more than 50 happened in irregular reps. darn phone, doesn't it realize that I have to count?
dinner tonight is tomato soup and off to fighter practice. I get to fight tonight!
I got home very hungry and ended up having doritoes and a small glass of milk

Saturday was full of not eating much but drinking far too many caffeinated beverages. Was also full of outside, wind and sun and walking and then late night swimming.

OOOOOoooo how my legs do protest today. I did ride the bike for 6 miles this morning before the screaming got to me. It was me screaming. lol Seriously I went and did my arm work out
Breakfast was left over risotto and a glass of milk
had a filling replaced at 8 am and the Novocain did not wear off until 1 so I did not have am snack or lunch , did drink water with a paper towel and I did have a mt dew.
Got a late lunch of stir fried tofu on rice noodles with veg and more water
dinner is a shake as I ate late
Breakfast was left over risotto and a glass of milk

today was aerobic so with my big glass of hot water with lemon, I did some house cleaning and made sure that I went up and down my stairs 20 times. my thighs are a bit mad at me.

dinner tonight is risotto, steamed asparagus and baked sweet potato with water.

I did get up and somehow the muses started whispering to me right when I had to get ready for work.

Water and 30 minutes on my bike huffing and puffing but 12 miles later a shower

dinner was a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup with a glass of milk.

I wish I could say I was virtuous this weekend. But I was not!
I did have a soda on sunday, I had way too much chocolate but smartly sent the candy with Avalon to give to folks at the university. I did not get out walking either day. I watched movies, ate junk food, went to a pinata party and ate more junk food. Easter dinner was mostly healthy
