up early and getting some house cleaning done. All the bathrooms are cleaned.

lunch is a great big spinach salad with home made ranch dressing
pm snack is an apple and water
taking Xena for a walk today. Going to mix in running a bit with it
did 50squats and 50 abs
dinner tonight is unknown at this time.
more house cleaning- vacuuming the upstairs and down stairs and the stairs
maybe a nap in here
picking up Timony and Carlos tonight at 12:30.
