both days similar enough
up at 5 rode bike for 10minutes just to get my heart pumping.
Breakfast was poached egg with cheese on english muffin
had almonds for am snack and had soda both days
lunch on tuesday was hot and sour soup no lunch on wednesday as I had a long dentist appointment
dinner on tuesday night was.. raman and green beans with milk
dinner wednesday was a blackberry shake as I could not feel my top lip for a few hours
fighter practice both nights
