hmm, missed a week so not much had been going on. Had been working at at least 20 minutes of cardio a day last week. I did miss a few days and I did have more than one soda a day more than once. the cold turkey ting just does not work for me.
I did go to having my tea without sugar so that is another start. Strange but I think I am at the point I actually like it that way now?
woke late this morning but still hopped on the bike for 24 minutes and 8 miles. Did my warm ups, 50 squats and 50 abs.
breakfast was oatmeal with banana and cinnamon and tea
am snack was pistachios and water
lunch is sesame tofu with rice and water
pm snack is mt dew and apple
dinner is the hot and sour soup that came with lunch.
fighter practice tonight. i should be able to get some actual fighting in tonight.
