Good weekend.Well, mostly good. :) Was able to ride bike on both saturday and sunday and even this morning. That is one thing I really like about the time change.
Didn't eat bad but didn't eat great all weekend. Way to much soda on sunday.
Today is good so far. got up at 5, rode my bike for 1/2 hour, drank water and had a caffeine tab.
Breakfast was left over risotto and a glass of milk
am snack was 1 cup of popcorn
had a salad for lunch and did have 1 soda
pm snack will be almonds
dinner is zucchini ankara with the caveat of not making too much. :)
lots of water through out the day.
did 50 abs and 50 squats.
