11/26/13

up and at it. Sewing this morning
Breakfast was a swiss cheese sandwich and 8 oz of milk
no am snack
lunch was sesame tofu and rice and water
mt dew
dinner was a cup of peppermint tea and leftover pasta with marinara sauce
rode bike for 45 minutes 15 miles
did 50 squats and 50 abs
