day to start changes- small ones
up at 5:30 got laundry done
breakfast was a breakfast burrito with egg potato and cheese and a cup of tea
had mt dew- that will be the first change, going cold turkey tomorrow on those
lunch was a falafel wrap with tziki sauce
water and no pm snack as I am still full from dinner
dinner tonight should I be ready to eat will be zucchini ankara and more water
taking my dog out for a 3.5 mile walk. We are going to throw a few sprints randomly in my walk.
