Had a great workout last night and realized not enough water as I woke with a screaming headache.
But I watered up and got to it.
Breakfast was oatmeal and water with caffeine tab
no am snack
lunch was a grilled cheese sandwich and some chips.
more water
mt dew
Had an intense afternoon workout after work. and then it was time for dinner and I was starving but I ate two pieces of pizza and realized that was all I wanted then.
went to bed and woke with heartburn and had a small bowl of ice cream
