Good weekend mostly did have more soda than usual.
I was up at 10,000.00 for saturday and part of sunday.
it kicked my butt a bit
food wise, I was right on schedule. Breakfast was oatmeal with butter and a bit of salt. Tried it with no sugar. Not my favorite but I ate it.
Lunch was grapes, cheese, sliced red pepper and bread
dinner was a pbj sandwich
we had an event all weekend which always means that I walk for miles!
