Up early enough to get some sewing done with water to drink
breakfast was ramen, green beans and milk
rode bike into work
more water
no am snack
lunch is a cheese sandwich and 1/2 a small bag of chips and more water
wanting mt dew but not having one
more water
dinner is quorn stroganoff, salad and a glass of milk
