Day started and so did I
I had two pieces of toast with peanut butter for breakfast with water
had mt dew
no am snack
more water
lunch was hot and sour soup with crispy wontons and more water
pm snack is an orange
light dinner as I am fighting tonight. I had thought to ride into work today but I am not sure if I would have had enough oomph for fighting later and since I want to fight now riding today. Perhaps by the end of the month or summer I will be able to do both?
