did not wake up early
had mt dew
breakfast was ramen, green beans and milk
no am snack
lunch was a small Schlotzkys cheese sandwich and bag of bbq chips
had mt dew
dinner tonight will be something light as I am heading out to fighter practice.
did get some weaving in today and a set of 50 squats.
Irony here is today is ride your bike to work day and I did not ride mine. I am going to renew my challenge to myself for the months of July and August for riding as much as possible for both months. I have no big events coming up in those months. September is much more booked including a lunch with a dear friend who laughs at me for booking lunch with him so far out in the calendar.
