do the work is my current motto
I can complain about things but I can also just put on my big girl panties and do the work. I am not perfect. I want to lounge about on the couch with a bag of chips and a mt dew some days. I don't but I do give in now and again to have a can of soda and not beat myself up about it. I also do still eat ramen. I will not deny it is my comfort food and while I might argue that I have marginally made it healthier with the addition of green beans, I still know what I am eating is a big bowl of comfort.
Do the work- so there is. I know there are things I want to do and I have to do the work to get there.
So today was up early, house cleaning and water
breakfast was brown rice, tofu lettuce wrap with peanutsauce and water
am snack was pistachios and more water
lunch is a shake and water
mt dew
pm snack is an apple
dinner tonight is corn chowder with homemade herb cheese bread and more water. I am making brownies and will have one or two but will send the rest away with my hunny to feed his co-workers
I did do my squats and ab work today.

Had a great workout last night and realized not enough water as I woke with a screaming headache.
But I watered up and got to it.
Breakfast was oatmeal and water with caffeine tab
no am snack
lunch was a grilled cheese sandwich and some chips.

Had an intense afternoon workout after work. and then it was time for dinner and I was starving but I ate two pieces of pizza and realized that was all I wanted then.
went to bed and woke with heartburn and had a small bowl of ice cream

lunch was a small Schlotzkys cheese sandwich and bag of bbq chips
had mt dew
dinner tonight will be something light as I am heading out to fighter practice.
did get some weaving in today and a set of 50 squats.
Irony here is today is ride your bike to work day and I did not ride mine. I am going to renew my challenge to myself for the months of July and August for riding as much as possible for both months. I have no big events coming up in those months. September is much more booked including a lunch with a dear friend who laughs at me for booking lunch with him so far out in the calendar.

water and a caffeine tab and off I go, got some sewing done and polished my armor, really not a euphemism. All the rust from the last humid war and wash out had to come off.
breakfast was two pieces of toast with peanut butter and more water
no am snack
lunch was sesame tofu with white rice and more water
pm snack three french fries and a mt dew
dr. appointment with Avalon turned into some bigger then nothing except the fact that i was ravenous by the time we got home and had a bunch of cheese pizza snacks and a glass of milk

I was up at 10,000.00 for saturday and part of sunday.
it kicked my butt a bit
food wise, I was right on schedule. Breakfast was oatmeal with butter and a bit of salt. Tried it with no sugar. Not my favorite but I ate it.
Lunch was grapes, cheese, sliced red pepper and bread
dinner was a pbj sandwich
we had an event all weekend which always means that I walk for miles!

lost time!
Spent most of last week at a war that ended with a splash and rip of a storm. Got home on fathers day and went right over to my folks house to wish happy day!
Then from monday until thursday night I had been in Federal jury duty. It was an interesting experience and I drank way too much caffeine.
up early every day to get into down town denver by 7:30 and was home most nights by 6:30 Discovered I am not a big fan of traffic
Slept in this morning until 6
had ramen, green beans and milk for breakfast
no am snack
had mt dew
lunch was a pbj sandwich and a small ziplock baggie of popcorn and water
pm snack was 4 little krackle bars and water
dinner tonight will be salad.

light dinner as I am fighting tonight. I had thought to ride into work today but I am not sure if I would have had enough oomph for fighting later and since I want to fight now riding today. Perhaps by the end of the month or summer I will be able to do both?

up early and while didn't quite bounce out of bed, I did manage to mull about at a swift pace.
water and laundry all put away, even got some more of the piles in the house sorted.

nearly talked myself out of it but I didn't! Yeah me! rode my bike into work this morning. It was a lovely ride. I forgot about the clouds of bugs along the river, ack ack. By this afternoon teh wind will be blowing and they will not be there as I ride home.
am snack was a can of pineapple juice
lunch was a pbj and water
pm snack is an orange
dinner tonight is sauteed veggies over rice and more water

Good weekend!
Mixed a bit of reading, playing, lounging and cleaning on saturday. I now know where a bunch of my projects are! Ate well and had lots of water with 1 mt dew
Sunday was archery in the am had a coke with lunch (black bean burger and fries) Rode my bike to a friends house for dinner. Very virtuous
