05/31/13

up early and on bike for 8 miles
breakfast was an egg, rice and cheese burrito and water
am snack was almonds and water
lunch was a isagenix shake and water
pm snack apple and more water
dinner is Pad Thai with Quorn
possible movie tonight which could mean popcorn and a soda

So going to try a thing for the month of june, which is to ride my bike in everyday to work. It will mean some fiddling with my schedule but i think it might be worth it. Now to find my tire pump in the garage this weekend
