Up not so early. Good fighting last night and then the rain soaked us.
Breakfast was oatmeal and a banana with cinnamon and tea
I can't say how much I want a soda right now but I am sucking a couple orange lifesavers and drinking water instead
Am snack was almonds and water
lunch was a shake and more water
pm snack will be an apple
dinner is a shake and more water
more practice tonight. Need to fix my shoulder armor but otherwise looking forward to it.
