05/13/13

Up early
water and caffeine tab for starters
laundry all folded and 50 squats done
also did a few reps for my shoulders and triceps
brekkies was a isagenex shake and more water
lunch was a slice of pizza and water
pm snack was an apple and water
dinner tonight is zucchini and tomato skillet over brown rice with cheese and water
