05/14/13

while not up early, I did have a good morning.
Did squats and have been weaving all day here at work.
Breakfast was a mt dew and two pieces of toast with peanubutter
no am snack
had water
lunch was hot and sour soup with crunch wonton noodles and water
pm snack is an apple
dinner is a shake and more water
fighter practice tonight.
