early was not an option this morning
did roll out of bed had mt dew
breakfast was two pieces of toast with peanut butter and a cup of pineapple juice
no am snack
lunch was falafal and pita bread with french fries and a mt dew
no pm snack
dinner tonight will depend on if I am hungry before fighter practice
more water
