05/02/13

up early but did not get my bum motivated to get on the bike
did 60 squats and ab work
breakfast was a leftover sloppy joe sandwich and glass of milk
had water and orange for am snack
lunch was 1/2 a bagel with lettuce and tomato and 30 goldfish crackers
pm snack was hamster tablets and water
dinner tonight is piperande, fresh french bread and a hunk of brie with some water

I am struggling. I like the effects that exercise has on my health but some days I want to just wallow with a big ol bowl of velvetta, rotel and chips.
