Up and off I go, cup of tea and weights. Oooooo my shoulders and lats are angry with me. But I told them to hush and worked them anyway.
breakfast was an isagenix shake and water
am snack was a couple hamster tablet and more water
Having a big lunch so that I don't eat a big dinner. Having Tofu with garlic sauce and brown rice with more water
pm snack is apple, water and 1/2 caffeine tab
dinner is a shake
fighter practice tonight. I have a bunch of new things that we worked on all weekend. (along with new bruises) and tonight I will have a chance to see if i can pull them out to use.
remember that i do not have to chase, stand up straight and use the beat.
