05/20/13

Up earlier enough but did not work out
had water
breakfast was brown rice with peanut sauce lettuce wrap and a mt dew
had more water
am snack was an orange
more water and lunch was a yogurt and small salad
pm snack almonds and more water
dinner will be cheese tortellinis with marinara sauce, green beans, salad and cottage cheese.
