So going to try a thing for the month of june, which is to ride my bike in everyday to work. It will mean some fiddling with my schedule but i think it might be worth it. Now to find my tire pump in the garage this weekend

Ooooooo sore sore body did not want to get out of bed. Two nights in a row fighting makes for achy achy parts.

Was supposed to attend an event this weekend but opted to stay home and get some stuff done.

Saturday much more laid back and hanging out. Went to lunch and then to see iron Man 3
Sunday was archery practice in the am, lunch at olive garden. My appetite was not great and I did not eat much of lunch. I did not end up eating until late an then had a bowl of ramen with green beans and a glass of milk

Somehow I missed a few days last week.
Maintained my schedule and eating habits. Weekend was an event weekend but not a fighting one. Ate well but not over indulged did have a soda on both saturday and sunday.

Breakfast was oatmeal and a banana with cinnamon and tea
I can't say how much I want a soda right now but I am sucking a couple orange lifesavers and drinking water instead

Having a big lunch so that I don't eat a big dinner. Having Tofu with garlic sauce and brown rice with more water
pm snack is apple, water and 1/2 caffeine tab

fighter practice tonight. I have a bunch of new things that we worked on all weekend. (along with new bruises) and tonight I will have a chance to see if i can pull them out to use.
remember that i do not have to chase, stand up straight and use the beat.

dinner tonight is piperande, fresh french bread and a hunk of brie with some water
I am struggling. I like the effects that exercise has on my health but some days I want to just wallow with a big ol bowl of velvetta, rotel and chips.
