up early
6 miles with water and caffeine tab
breakfast was a poached egg on english muffin with cheddar cheese and water
more water at work with salad and a small bag of doritoes for lunch
adding a little bit of jump rope to my day. I was going to jump for 3 minutes. Doesn't seem that much. lol made it about 30 seconds. so maybe doing 6 30 seconds through out the day...?
Not sure what I am doing for dinner tonight as I am going to do more spear practice.
