01/29/13

slept in a bit this morning
breakfast was rice and tofu with peanut sauce and lettuce with water
took vitamins with juice
lunch was rice noodle bowl with tofu and more water
had mt dew
dinner was 1/2 box of jalapeno poppers deep fried and a glass of milk

did spear work for a while
