01/28/13

Up early
6 miles on the bike with water and caffeine tabs for starters
Breakfast was more water, brown rice, tofu and peanut sauce in a lettuce wrap.
put all my laundry away
snacks are as always an apple, but today I had peanuts instead of almonds!
lunch is a shake and more water
Dinner tonight is spinach feta noodles with more water.
