Up early and off to a grand start
8.6 miles and some water to drink I will admit that my left knee is still unhappy so we were at a much lower speed than I usually run at but still got the time and distance. Aiming for a stronger knee, not to devastate it.
breakfast was a glass of juice, 1 egg and two pieces of whole wheat toast.
more water at work.
snacks were apple and almonds and 3 orange lifesavers with more water
dinner tonight is black eyed peas, brown rice and steamed swiss chard. with a glass of milk
Going to do some fighter practice tonight and work on my spear and foot work.
