definitely punked out. My sides hurt from coughing so I slept in today. pretty sure i am getting a great ab work out as they hurt from coughing.
Breakfast was a cup of tea and two pieces of toast
lunch today is water, apple and a cup of hot and sour soup
will have water and tea through out the day
dinner tonight is prolly ramen and milk.
depending on how I feel I might fight tonight.
