not up as early as I would have liked but since I worked my backside off last night at practice, I think it is okay. I will say that even one day back on my bike has made my knees feel better.
So I did get up at some point
breakfast was oatmeal and a cup of juice. Oatmeal had 1tsp butter and brown sugar
snacks today are apple and almonds
lunch is a salad with blue cheese, red onions, craisins and poppy seed dressing and water
Dinner tonight is grilled cheese and tomato soup. and a glass of milk
