Up and tea to drink.
Breakfast was oatmeal with brown sugar and more tea
had no lunch as I had a dr. appointment. Sigh, the scale told me the price of my not getting up in the morning as it had me out at 215 lbs.
Did three minutes of jump rope spread through out the day
Dinner was water with spinach feta noodles. Might have eaten too much as I was so very hungry from not having lunch.
