Was pretty good all weekend. helped a friend move on saturday
cleaned out another friends garage on sunday and moved a bunch of stuff to someone else's house on monday.
Did get a few of my things done over the weekend.
Was good with the soda. I ran an experiment with caffeinated mints that I think will take me over the soda edge. it will be nice to get that out of my system. Now just have to stick with it!
I did binge on ramen over the long weekend. It is just so damn convenient.
Breakfast this morning was leftover risotto
had tea
had mt dew
lunch was rice cakes, almonds and and orange and water
dinner tonight is anyone's guess. I am going to try for a slim fast and get that started again. At this point I realize it is not a plan I like but now my practical side has kicked in and I have the crap so should drink it all gone and it might just be the kick start I need.
