05/27/11

1/2 hour on bike and 100 crunches
today is the first of my experiments. No mt dew
I bought caffeinated mint. One split up through the day is a lot more caffeine than a mt dew
I have cut them into 1/4s and I think that should work.
I had a sloppy joe for breakfast
lunch has been almonds, rice cakes and an apple with water
will go for a walk tonight as it looks like it will be dry.
Dinner is pasta with artichokes, capers and tomatoes and more water.
