05/25/11

did get 1/2 hour in on the bike but toward the end started feeling nauseated. Started my crunches and the projectile vomited ended that. I took an antibiotic without food before my workout. Bad idea.
breakfast was tea and two pieces of toast with peanutbutter
lunch was leftover tofu with garlic sauce and water
having mt dew
everything seems copacetic right now.
Dinner tonight is a slim fast
I am hoping to finish my exercise tonight
