Weekend was good. Probably over caffeinated but then again I did clean my garage on saturday and then help clean out a big trailer on sunday, set up a couple tens, take them back down and repack a trailer. I did eat well on both days.
This morning was slow moving. So not keeping with my plan. Why am I suddenly unable to find the desire to keep exercising?
I had 1 poptart and some peanuts with my mt dew for breakfast.
lunch is a slim fast, water and an orange.
dinner tonight is risotto. Yum!
