up and moving at 5. Are you surprised? I think I was this morning!
had mt dew
breakfast was a slim fast and water
rode bike into work
had mt dew
lunch is a slim fast and water
afternoon snack of almonds and a orange
dinner tonight veggie ragout and polenta
will do my abs and stairs when I get home from work tonight
