yep back up to working out
got up did 1/2 weaving
rode the bike for 1/2 hour about 10 miles I was going to ride in today but the immanent rain clouds have damped that thought
did my 100 ab things I think I need another goal even if arbitrary it kept me moving.
Breakfast was a bagel with cream cheese, sliced tomatoes and green onions
and mt dew
lunch today is yogurt, water, and an apple
dinner tonight is soup and more water
Well did my weight and measurements and at least everything is the same as last month. That is a whew! as I am feeling mighty podgy lately. I haven't maintained my exercise schedule at all.
