6 miles with water and caffeine tab
breakfast was a poached egg on english muffin with cheddar cheese and water
more water at work with salad and a small bag of doritoes for lunch
adding a little bit of jump rope to my day. I was going to jump for 3 minutes. Doesn't seem that much. lol made it about 30 seconds. so maybe doing 6 30 seconds through out the day...?
Not sure what I am doing for dinner tonight as I am going to do more spear practice.

snacks are as always an apple, but today I had peanuts instead of almonds!

Dinner tonight is spinach feta noodles with more water.

A good and bad weekend, bad as I drank two mt dews both saturday and sunday.
Good as I was very busy and on my feet on saturday from about 8:30 to 3:00 and then rushing about.
I had a good day eating wise, potato leek soup, roll and brownie for lunch dinner was a falafel with cucumber sauce and veggies on a pita.
Sunday was not so good eating but not horrid.

Up on saturday after getting in around 1pm. Had scrambled eggs, cinnamon roll and oj
from 9-4 fought in various battles when not fighting walking around in my armor.
Dinner was a plate of Huhot stir fry veggies and noodles with a salad and water, lots and lots of water.
I did end up having a bit of alcohol that evening
Sunday up and scrambled eggs and a yogurt. Oj to drink
drove back from NE. We stopped for lunch and it was nothing I could eat beside some french fries. Had an apple and rice crispie treat along with a mt dew.
Dinner was ramen and milk and then I fell fast asleep.

dinner will be a grab something quick on my way out the door to fighter practice. Don't think I am going to fight as the nasal drippage is still there and hard to wipe with my helmet on.

I woke surprisingly chipper and early this morning. but discovered that the carrying of my laundry up the stairs was taxing. I did take it slow and my nose while flowing still is not the constant fountain it was this weekend.

got hit hard with something. Spent most of my time on the couch with a box of tissues drinking anything I could, several pots of tea, gingerale, oj, water and some milk. I did have ramen a couple times as that salty tasted good. I must have maxed my tastebuds as the last one I ate on sunday no longer tasted good. I did not do much of anything except blow my nose all weekend. Jim and I spent saturday on the couch in a big fluffy blanket watching dr. who. I think I did make myself eat some pad thai for dinner. Sunday night I suddenly became really hungry but as I didn't go out of the house there was nothing much to eat. I did find a bag of doritoes. I did manage to not eat the whole bag.

still feeling blah about food so just ate my snacks of apple and almonds
drank lots of water and some tea
dinner tonight is piperade, bread and brie and I will eat some. Maybe all teh vitamin c in the red peppers will perk me up.

definitely punked out. My sides hurt from coughing so I slept in today. pretty sure i am getting a great ab work out as they hurt from coughing.

Have an all day event on saturday which will be a lot of on my feet and many folks trying to feed me sweets.
I plan to make a good breakfast of scrambled eggs with fresh basil and tomatoes, oven baked potatoes and juice. ( will also have bacon for my hunny and friends)
Sunday is early up and war practice. Which will be me fighting on and off for about 4-5 hours. I hope it will burn off all the sweets that tempt me the day before.

Up early only 5 miles on bike as I had things to do ,to finish to create today.
Had a bagel with cream cheese, green onions and fresh tomatoes for breakfast with juice.
Had no snacks today but did have a cheese sandwich from schlotzky's with bbq chips.

not up as early as I would have liked but since I worked my backside off last night at practice, I think it is okay. I will say that even one day back on my bike has made my knees feel better.

Up early and off to a grand start
8.6 miles and some water to drink I will admit that my left knee is still unhappy so we were at a much lower speed than I usually run at but still got the time and distance. Aiming for a stronger knee, not to devastate it.
breakfast was a glass of juice, 1 egg and two pieces of whole wheat toast.

snacks were apple and almonds and 3 orange lifesavers with more water
dinner tonight is black eyed peas, brown rice and steamed swiss chard. with a glass of milk
Going to do some fighter practice tonight and work on my spear and foot work.
