Up early and weaving with water and tea
breakfast was a sloppy joe and chips- yum ! breakfast of champions
had water and mt dew for lunch
along with four of those wee rat bastard chocolate bars-
Lesson, bring lunch of snacks everyday. Maybe just bring in bag of almonds for my desk? The only problem is that I will eat more than I should if the bag is here. SOOO make lunch everyday.
Dinner tonight is left over soup. I might have some potato chips and onion dip or maybe not. I find that having the little snacks while on the cleanse worked really well to keep my hungry in abeyance.
Oh as a side note, I have arbitrarily decided that beginning in Nov and through the end of the year I am going to get back on my bike for 45 minutes a day. At least during the work week and supplement it with walks on the weekends. While I am pleased with the weight loss from the cleanse program, I really want to be fit as much as anything and not just loose skin.
