Up at my regular time. Tummy feeling okay
wove and put away my laundry
had water
breakfast was more water and a potato and egg breakfast burrito
had water and 12 almonds
lunch is a blueberry yogurt and more water
afternoon snack is an apple
dinner is tomato soup and water
will be warping up a loom tonight and teaching someone as I do.
Ended up having a grilled cheese sandwich with my soup.
