Up early had tea
wove for an hour and then rode my bike for 10.5 miles and 1/2 hour. I did not get to my abs as my hunny abducted me and had his wicked way with me. I was okay with that interruption in my morning routine.
Had water and shake for breakfast
having water now
Lunch is Vietnamese noodles and tofu and water
dinner tonight will be a shake and an apple
Going out with friends and might just have some kind of calorie filled fruit smoothie
