Up early wove and water
had a cup of coffee
rode my bike 10.5 miles and 30 minutes did my ab exercises
breakfast was ramen and milk
had no real lunch but did have mt dew. Had 4 mini chocolate bars
more water
dinner was pepperande and arinci de rizo. It was a perfect combination. Oh my! I had two helpings and then was miserable all night long. :(
