Up early
had water and mt dew
rode the bike for 30 minutes and 10 miles did my ab work
breakfast was a shake and water
had more water at work
lunch was sesame tofu and white rice and water
left my caffeine tabs at home so had a second mt dew
dinner tonight is hard to tell. I might just wait for red robin or I should have a shake at home.
I did start up doing some sets of lunges here at work I have done two sets of 20 one around 11 and
the second around 2.
Fighter practice tonight so a night of rushing around. always a good thing. I think I will sleep deep tonight.
