10/29/11

Had ramen and milk for brekkies as I was sooooo hungry.
Also had a coke
lunch was 6 crackers with thin slices of cheddar cheese and mt dew
had water and 4 mini chocolate bars for lunch. really have to get on my butt to bring healthy snack
I will have a can of pineapple juice on the way home
dinner is way late tonight but will have salad and some kind of pasta and water

10/28/11

up early and sewing
had mt dew
breakfast was two pieces of toast
lunch was mt dew and four mini chocolate bars
no dinner
had water

10/27/11

no idea what I did or ate on this day.
seems like it was busy
I do know that I made potato pancakes for dinner and ate too many
I also made bacon chocolate chips cookies. that was a strange thing. I was told that they were okay, in fact much better than folks expected.

up early weaving and tea and water
breakfast was three pieces of toast with peanut butter and more tea
had mt dew
lunch was 6 crackers
had apple and almonds for snacks
dinner was two pieces of pizza and a glass of milk

10/22-23/11

Weekend was far too much soda and yet not much real food or activity
I did make pesto tortellini for sunday night dinner

10/21/11

Up early and weaving with water and tea
breakfast was a sloppy joe and chips- yum ! breakfast of champions
had water and mt dew for lunch
along with four of those wee rat bastard chocolate bars-
Lesson, bring lunch of snacks everyday. Maybe just bring in bag of almonds for my desk? The only problem is that I will eat more than I should if the bag is here. SOOO make lunch everyday.
Dinner tonight is left over soup. I might have some potato chips and onion dip or maybe not. I find that having the little snacks while on the cleanse worked really well to keep my hungry in abeyance.

Oh as a side note, I have arbitrarily decided that beginning in Nov and through the end of the year I am going to get back on my bike for 45 minutes a day. At least during the work week and supplement it with walks on the weekends. While I am pleased with the weight loss from the cleanse program, I really want to be fit as much as anything and not just loose skin.

snuggled in bed long but did get up and have a mt dew
got some weaving done
breakfast was ramen and milk
had water at work
lunch was more water, a sloppy joe and potato chips
dinner tonight is spinach cream cheese soup and bread- YUM!

Had about six of those damned snack chocolate bars- I don't even really like chocolate. Maybe it is my cycle coming around to visit?

Up early weaving, tea and groovy tunes!
Had a cheese sandwich for brekkies
cleanse day- had water and goo for mid morning
1st snack of 12 almonds and water
cleanse goo and water
2nd snack is apple and water
cleanse goo and more water
3rd snack is kind of a cheat- 3 little mini snack chocolate bars and water. It is better than the can of soda I really want
cleanse goo is dinner
chocolate milk is my after dinner snack
did not go according to plans I ended up eating to mock sloppy joes for dinner with potato chips and a glass of milk
plus a glass of 7-up

10/18/11

up early and weaving with water and tea
breakfast was a shake and more tea
snack will be almonds and water
lunch is another shake
afternoon snack is an apple and more water
dinner tonight is risotto and squash soup and more water.
I did end up with a glass of 7-up later in the evening. AND I very carefully pulled myself away from the lure of french fries- that was difficult!
Yeah me!

10/17/11

up early weave and water
had some left over isegenex products and want to finish it out
So today was a shake morning with water
more water and almonds for snack
lunch was shake number two more and more water!
afternoon snack was apple and I did break down and have two mini chocolate bars
Dinner was whore pasta- two bowls- I paid in heart burn for that later! water and a small piece of french bread.

10/12-16/11

Been busy but doing good. I have been a little worried about the weight from the Isagenex. It seemed that I lost so much rapidly that it would all come back with a vengeance and then some!
But so far so good:

Weight 203 last month 209 end of the cleanse I was 202

bust: 42 which is where it was after the cleanse
waist: 37 up 1/2 inch since the cleanse
hips: 45 no change
Thigh:23 right back to were I was before
calf:17 also back to were I was before
bicep: 12 1/2 not quite back to the beginning.

slept in and could still be sleeping
fighting a bug of some kind
kind of forced myself to eat a breakfast burrito and a cherry coke for breakfast. I say force, because the coke did not taste good but I heated the burrito too much and needed to drink it down with something

Lunch was a bowl of hot and sour soup and an eggroll and more water
Had a cup of lemon jasmine tea
had a mt dew

10/10/11

Up at my regular time. Tummy feeling okay
wove and put away my laundry
had water
breakfast was more water and a potato and egg breakfast burrito
had water and 12 almonds
lunch is a blueberry yogurt and more water
afternoon snack is an apple
dinner is tomato soup and water
will be warping up a loom tonight and teaching someone as I do.
Ended up having a grilled cheese sandwich with my soup.

10/09/11

Still feeling blah
had lemon ginger tea
took Avalon driving. She is getting better
lunch was a cheese sandwich and a soda
went up to Rocky mountain national park but did not get to hear any elk bugling
dinner was zucchini gratin. I threw some carrots and potatoes in there as well. Very tasty and I should have stopped at 1 helping. I thought I felt good enough to eat two. :( I think that is one thing I am finding from the cleanse, that overeating does not make me feel good and two mt dew doesn't taste as good but I am drinking hoping for the energy burst.

10/08/11

got home at 2 and up at 6 am
had mt dew
breakfast was a doughnut and water
tummy was not happy all day
had more mt dew to try and perk me up for the day's activities
lunch was three veggie empantas, 1/2 a tangerine and a brownie + more mt dew
had 3 twizzlers, hoping that keeping my tummy with something to do will keep me from vomiting
I am thinking I might actually be ill as I am not at all feeling the caffeine
dinner was ramen and milk and I went to bed by 8

10/07/10

Up early had tea
wove for an hour and then rode my bike for 10.5 miles and 1/2 hour. I did not get to my abs as my hunny abducted me and had his wicked way with me. I was okay with that interruption in my morning routine.
Had water and shake for breakfast
having water now
Lunch is Vietnamese noodles and tofu and water
dinner tonight will be a shake and an apple
Going out with friends and might just have some kind of calorie filled fruit smoothie

Up early wove and water
had a cup of coffee
rode my bike 10.5 miles and 30 minutes did my ab exercises
breakfast was ramen and milk
had no real lunch but did have mt dew. Had 4 mini chocolate bars
more water
dinner was pepperande and arinci de rizo. It was a perfect combination. Oh my! I had two helpings and then was miserable all night long. :(

Up early
had water and mt dew
rode the bike for 30 minutes and 10 miles did my ab work
breakfast was a shake and water
had more water at work
lunch was sesame tofu and white rice and water
left my caffeine tabs at home so had a second mt dew
dinner tonight is hard to tell. I might just wait for red robin or I should have a shake at home.
I did start up doing some sets of lunges here at work I have done two sets of 20 one around 11 and
the second around 2.
Fighter practice tonight so a night of rushing around. always a good thing. I think I will sleep deep tonight.

Up early
didn't weave or exercise, I should have but instead cleaned up after my event this weekend and put away the laundry
Breakfast was two pieces of toast and a big cup of water
i did have a mt dew. they taste strange to me now.
snack was 12 almonds
lunch was an apple and a small bag of popcorn and water
dinner tonight will be left over mac & cheese and water

10/02/11

Up and grooving early
had toast and tea for breakfast
water
lunch passed quickly but I had a poppyseed cookie and a piece of cherry strudel
dinner was homemade mac & cheese with black beans, jalapenos and tomatoes. very tasty! and water lost of water

10/01/11

Up early but not weaving, curling my hair for an event.
As usually spent most of the day on my feet and chatting.
I did have ramen fortification for breakfast.
A handful of dried fruit for lunch with a mt dew and lots of water
I didn't walk quite as much as usually as there were some slave boys involved and palanquin. It is a good gig if you can get it.
dinner was a lemonade, french fires and grilled asparagus
